Glenn is a hydraulics engineer who has been working in the filtration industry for over 25 years with experience in all types of automatic self-cleaning suction scanner type filtration products, industries, and applications.

Since 2003, he has been in the product development, marketing, and sales of the most recent double-helical screw (self-reversing) drive mechanism used in automatic filtration products. From 2003 to 2016 he was the President/Owner of VAF Filtration Systems Inc. until its acquisition, and is now the Owner/President of Equeron Automatic Filtration LLC in partnership with Rick.
